Leaf Description
Single narrow sparsely hairy leaf 2-7cm x 2-5mm.
General Description
Slender erect orchid to 15cm high with a single pale to deep blue flower. Forms small colonies. Stem hairy, wiry, green or reddish. Dies down in hot weather.
Flower Description
Single pale to deep blue flower, to 25mm across. Dorsal sepal erect, lateral sepals and petals spreading in a fan. 3-lobel labellum with dark blue bands, lateral lobes erect, mid-lobe wedge-saped, recurved with 2 rows of thick clubbed calli with yellow tips.
