Leaf Description
Thin, single, folded, erect, ribbed, dark green leaf often reddish base. To 30cm x 5mm.
General Description
Perennial herb to 35 cm tall, bearing 1-9 green flowers each with coppery to red 'beards'. Often tinged red. Slender, green wiry stem with 1-2 bracts. Occurs as scattered individuals.
Flower Description
Up to 9 green to bronzy red flowers with darker veins, to 25mm across. Sepals and petals widely spreading. Labellum ovate with long hairless tail, the remainder covered with erect dark red hairs. Column wings lacking glads but connected by a ridge.
