Rosette of 3-6 basal leaves, oval, to 30 x 10mm, dull green, absent at flowering time. Stem leaves, lance-shaped, 2-3 encircling stem.

Up to 14 white and green flowers with rufous colourings on sepals and petals. Lateral sepals vertical with tips curving forward with margins infolded. Rufous to olive brown labellum, with setae (bristle like hairs) on margin.
