Leaf Description
Linear, solitary, to 30 cm x 13 mm, hairless, erect, fleshy.
General Description
An orchid, to 60 cm tall, with 2-20 large, blue flowers with dark spots
Flower Description
3-20 mauve to deep blue, pink or green raceme flowers, typically with spots of deep colour on dorsal sepals and petals, to 35mm across. Column is cup-shaped with column arms projected forwards, tufting in white, pink or mauve hairs. Short post-anther lobe, covered in rows of orange calli surrounded by raised crests. Side accessory lobes are orange and fringed.
